These Terms govern your use of FinFox. By creating a FinFox account, purchasing a FinFox plan or using FinFox, you agree to them.
1. Using FinFox
You may use FinFox only if you can legally accept these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your sign-in method.
Your FinFox account and activity are maintained within FinFox’s product-isolated account and data boundary. They are not automatically shared with PricePup or FuelFalcon.
2. Financial-product information
FinFox compares financial products such as superannuation, credit cards, home loans and savings accounts. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, its content is factual or general information and does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs.
FinFox does not provide personal financial, legal, tax or credit advice. Rates, fees, eligibility, benefits and offers can change, and FinFox may compare only part of the market or part of a product’s features.
Review the provider’s current terms, product disclosure statement, target market determination and other disclosure documents before acting.
3. Rankings, links and commercial relationships
Rankings and comparisons depend on the methodology, filters and data coverage shown with the relevant feature. A product’s appearance does not mean FinFox endorses it or compares the whole market.
FinFox may link to product providers and other third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply. Sponsored placements and material commissions, referral fees or paid inclusion will be identified where required.
4. Plans and billing
A checkout page will identify included FinFox features, limits, billing period, taxes, trial terms, renewal terms and cancellation method before purchase.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a retrospective refund unless required by law or stated at purchase.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use FinFox unlawfully or to harm another person.
- Do not bypass security, account controls, plan limits or technical restrictions.
- Do not scrape, reproduce or resell protected datasets at scale without written permission.
- Do not disrupt FinFox, impersonate another person or misrepresent an output.
6. Availability and liability
FinFox may change, suspend or discontinue features, regions, data sources or integrations. It is provided on an “as available” basis.
Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, FinFox does not promise that third-party data is complete, current or error-free.
7. Privacy, suspension and changes
The FinFox Privacy Policy explains how FinFox handles personal information.
FinFox may suspend access for a material breach, misuse, fraud, or a serious security or legal risk. These Terms may be updated prospectively with reasonable notice of materially disadvantageous changes where practicable.
New South Wales law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory rights and courts with lawful jurisdiction.
8. Legal review and contact
