Terms of Service

These Terms apply consistently across PricePup, FinFox and FuelFalcon. References to an App include its associated website, mobile experience, API, MCP tools and account features.

Before publication, replace all bracketed licence and contact details. If a checkout page or feature presents additional terms, those terms also apply to that purchase or feature. If there is an inconsistency, the more specific terms apply to that subject.

You may use the Services only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you and supervise your use. Age, identity, prescription, financial-product and retailer eligibility requirements still apply. We do not decide whether you may buy a retailer, fuel or financial product. You must comply with applicable laws and third-party restrictions.

Your account is one shared account across PricePup, FinFox and FuelFalcon. Creating an account through one App makes that account available in the other Apps. Your sign-in identity, security status, subscription entitlements and global account settings may therefore operate across the Services.

You must provide accurate information and keep sign-in links and credentials secure. Tell us promptly at [SUPPORT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorised access. Suspending or deleting the shared account may affect every App. A control that deletes only app-specific activity will be clearly labelled.

A plan may cover one App, selected Apps, or the full suite. The checkout screen will identify the included Services, MCP tools, limits, billing period, taxes, trial terms and renewal terms before purchase. Buying access to one App does not include another unless the offer says so.

Where a plan renews automatically, that will be disclosed before purchase. You may cancel future renewals using the available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation does not create a retrospective refund unless required by law or stated at purchase. Payment providers may apply their own terms.

PricePup compares groceries, liquor, pharmacy and other retail-product information. It is not a retailer, seller, health professional, payment provider, delivery provider or retailer agent. Purchases are made with third-party retailers.

Prices, specials, pack sizes, images, availability, loyalty offers and delivery options can change and may vary by store, postcode, account or purchase method. Data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated or incorrectly matched. Pharmacy activity may concern health-related products, but PricePup does not provide medical, health or nutrition advice. Check retailer pages, labels, warnings, ingredients, allergens, eligibility and the final checkout total before buying.

FinFox compares financial and credit products, which may include superannuation, credit cards, home loans and savings accounts. Unless a feature expressly says otherwise, content is factual or general information and does not consider your objectives, financial situation or needs. It is not personal financial, legal, tax or credit advice.

FinFox may compare only a subset of providers or product features. Rates, fees, benefits, eligibility and offers can change. Rankings, awards, featured products, comparison methodology, market coverage and commercial relationships—including commissions, referral fees and paid inclusion—must be disclosed clearly where relevant. Check the provider's current terms, PDS, TMD and other disclosure documents before acting.

FuelFalcon provides fuel-price comparisons, station information, location tools, historical trends and estimates. It does not sell fuel, operate service stations, guarantee stock or arrange transactions with station operators.

Prices, fuel grades, opening hours, station details and availability may be delayed, incomplete or different from information displayed at a station. Update timestamps show the latest information known to FuelFalcon but do not guarantee real-time coverage. Check the current price, product and conditions directly with the station before travelling or buying.

The Services may link to retailers, financial-product providers, station operators, maps, identity providers, payment services and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

We may receive commissions, referral fees, advertising revenue or other benefits. Sponsored, promoted or featured placements will be clearly identified, and we will explain material commercial relationships and the basis of rankings where required. A third party's appearance does not by itself mean we endorse it or compare the whole market.

MCP tools, APIs and automated responses are subject to the same data, accuracy, product and availability limitations as the Apps. Documentation may specify additional authentication, rate, plan and usage limits. You must review outputs before relying on them.

Automated access does not permit you to bypass controls, reproduce protected datasets, resell outputs, create a competing database, or use the Services in a way likely to mislead or harm another person unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

You must not, or help anyone to:

• use the Services unlawfully or to harm another person;
• bypass security, access controls, plan limits or technical restrictions;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or extract data at scale without written permission;
• reverse engineer source code, models or matching logic except where law permits;
• disrupt, overload, test or compromise a Service or another account;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent an output;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services without permission; or
• upload malware, unlawful content or material that infringes another person's rights.

The Services and their software, design, text, graphics, branding, databases and original content are owned by or licensed for use in connection with the Services and protected by law. Third-party data, names, marks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes under these Terms. This licence does not transfer ownership or permit removal of notices or unauthorised use of our brands.

You retain ownership of content you submit and confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, display and adapt that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support and improve the Services. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful backups and records.

We may use suggestions and feedback without payment or restriction, but will not publicly identify you without permission.

Our shared Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information across PricePup, FinFox and FuelFalcon. It also contains product-specific sections. A privacy policy is not a substitute for a collection notice or for consent where consent is legally required.

Because the account is shared, account identity, authentication, subscription, security and global settings may be used across the Services. Product activity is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and relevant collection notice.

We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features, categories, regions, data sources or integrations. We will give reasonable notice of a material change that significantly reduces a paid feature where practicable. Maintenance, outages, security events and circumstances outside our reasonable control may interrupt the Services. Beta and preview features may change or end without notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to those rights, the Services are provided "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or that third-party data is complete, current or accurate. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Our liability is reduced to the extent your act or omission contributed to the loss.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, misuse a Service, or if we discontinue it. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach. Immediate action may be necessary for serious or urgent risks.

We may update these Terms prospectively and will give reasonable notice of a materially disadvantageous change unless an immediate change is needed for law, security or fraud prevention. New South Wales law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights and courts with lawful jurisdiction.
